Books Mailed Date
When troubleshooting with parents who have inquired about when a books is arriving, it is important to check the books mailed date. This will show you when the books for their age group is mailed. Books are mailed througout the month, so they will not deliver at the same time of the month, and for children of different ages in a household, they are likely to receive their books at different times.
If the book in question is the child's first book, you will want to check the Welcome Book info. Also, take note of when their registration was approved relative to the monthly process. After approval, they will be included in the next monthly process and will receive their book the month following the monthly process. For instance, if a child registers in June 20, he/she/they will be included in the July monthly process and will receive their book in August. See the monthly process article below for 2022's dates.
