How do I reset my password?

Each person using the Book Order System (BOS)  should have their own account.  Sharing accounts causes unnecessary confusion when password resets are needed. 

Please make sure you are using Google Chrome as your search browser if you are having issues you may want to try to delete the cache in your browser history. 

To reset your password please go to www.imaginationlibrary.com/bos and select the 'forgot password' option. Password resets that are initiated from the login screen are emailed to the email address on file for the username you enter.  This process is automated and sometimes can be blocked by spam filters.  If you do not get a new password via email please contact us at support.imaginationlibrary.com and we can manually reset it for you.

*Your email address can only be used on one user account per affiliate.
