How do I reset my password?
Everyone must have their own account in the Book Order System (BOS). This keeps everything neat and helps prevent any mix-ups when resetting passwords. It also keeps in line with our Data Protection Policy.
If you run into any issues, make sure to use Google Chrome as your browser. If things still aren't working quite right, clearing your browser cache can really make a difference!
PASSWORD COMPLEXITY Your password must contain:
- needs at least one symbol (e.g.: ".", "#", "$" "!")
- needs at least one number
- needs at least one capital letter
- has to be at least 8 characters long
If you need to reset your password, simply visit www.imaginationlibrary.com/bos and click on the "Forgot Password " option. You'll receive your new password at the email address linked to your account. Sometimes, these automated emails might end up in your spam folder, so if you don’t spot the email for your new password, please take a peek in there! Should you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to [email protected], and we'll be more than happy to manually reset it for you.
*Just a quick note: your email address can only be linked to one user account with each Local Program Partner.
