How do I reset my password?
To make the most of the Book Order System (BOS), we recommend that each person has their own account. This helps keep everything organized and avoids any mix-ups when it comes to resetting passwords.
If you're having any issues, be sure to use Google Chrome as your browser. If problems persist, try clearing your browser cache—it can really help!
If you need to reset your password, just visit www.imaginationlibrary.com/bos and click on the Forgot Password option. The new password will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Since this process is automated, sometimes those emails can get caught in spam filters. If you don’t see an email for your new password, please check your spam folder!
