How long is the Book Order System Closed each month?

Normally the Book Order System is closed for less than 12 hours in the United Kingdom and Canada.  The USA Monthly Process takes more time but usually opens within 24 hours.

The Dollywood Foundation and Support Teams have worked extremely hard over the past year to shave as much time off of these closing times as possible so you can continue to input and update children with the least amount of interruption.  Online registration is now open for most of the time the system is closed except for when the actual mailing data is being generated.  

Please note that parents can still edit their child accounts at this time by logging in to their parent account.  This would then move their child to the 'pending' list for the current book order.
