How long is the Book Order System Closed each month?

Normally, the Book Order System is closed for less than 8 hours in the United Kingdom and Canada.  The USA Monthly Process takes more time but usually opens within 12 hours.

Our amazing team at the Dollywood Foundation has been working really hard over the past year to reduce downtime so you can keep adding and updating your children's information with minimal interruption. Great news—online registration is now available most of the time the system is closed! The only exception is when we’re busy generating the mailing data.

And don’t forget, parents can still log into their accounts to edit their child’s info during this time. Just a little reminder that any changes will place the child on the 'pending' list for the current book order.
