How often will I be notified of possible duplicates?

When there are possible duplicates pending from online registrations, you will be notified upon logging into the Book Order System (see highlighted area below) under REGISTRATION ALERTS.  The Urgent Alerts window will appear and you can Approve or Deny them.

You can close the Urgent Alerts window up to 10 times before the data must be processed.

**If you do not see the REGISTRATION ALERTS you may need to open the table back up, click the >> to the left of the page to reopen the table.
