How do I validate an address?
Updates were put in place for the secure address validation check with the United States Postal Service. The secure address validation check occurs when you click the "Check Address" button in the Book Order System. To fully complete the address validation you must click "Check Address" and also click "Use This Address" before you can save a record. Even if you only update a name, email or phone number you must perform an address validation before saving the record.

Click "Check Address."
If you are experiencing trouble saving after completing the steps above you may need to delete your temporary internet files for your browser. Sometimes restarting you computer can do this for you.

*Please note even if you don't edit the address you must check the address before the save option will work. If you do not edit anything simply click the "Back" button beside the Save option to return to the previous window.
