Unified Login

UNIFIED LOGIN FAQs

  1. What is Unified Login:
Unified Login is an important BOS upgrade that helps ensure a more secure BOS environment, by implementing stronger account validation processes, while making every day use much easier. Specifically, a user is identified and verified using their email address, therefore, there must only be one user account per email address within the global BOS environment at any given time.

  2. Can I have a Parent Account and a BOS Account?
Yes. To do so, you must provide a unique, valid email address for each account.

  3. Why must I provide a different email for my BOS Account and Parent Account?
Providing a separate, valid email address for each account allows key BOS features such as Login Recovery, Account Validation, and Email Verification, to properly function.

  4. Can I have multiple accounts across different countries?

This is no longer necessary. If you have an account that requires access across country borders, simply email a request to [email protected] and your support team can make that happen for you.
