What is Unified Login:
Unified Login is an important BOS upgrade that helps ensure a more secure BOS environment, by implementing stronger account validation processes, while making every day use much easier. Specifically, a user is identified and verified using their email address, therefore, there must only be one user account per email address within the global BOS environment at any given time. -
Can I have a Parent Account and a BOS Account?
Yes. To do so, you must provide a unique, valid email address for each account. -
Why must I provide a different email for my BOS Account and Parent Account?
Providing a separate, valid email address for each account allows key BOS features such as Login Recovery, Account Validation, and Email Verification, to properly function. -
Can I have multiple accounts across different countries?
This is no longer necessary. If you have an account that requires access across country borders, simply email a request to [email protected] and your support team can make that happen for you.
