Coverage Area Bulk Edits

Bulk Coverage Area Edits And Notifications

Your BOS now allows Main Coordinators and/or Group Coordinators to easily make bulk edits to coverage areas. Edits include the ability to deactivate, reactivate and even remove all coverage areas at once.

In addition to recording the coverage area bulk edits, the BOS will send automated notifications to the following users for the affiliate account being edited:
 

• Administrators

• Administrative Assistants

• Regional Directors

• Group Coordinators

• Main Coordinators
   

FAQS -

1. Can Data Clerks and Coordinators Bulk Edit Coverage Areas?
   No, only users with Main Coordinator permissions or higher. 
    
2. Is there a limit for how many times coverage areas can be turned off?
   Yes. Turning your coverage area off should only be done when all other options are exhausted.
    
3. Using the bulk edit option, if I "REMOVE" all coverage at once, can I also add it all back at once?
   No, that is not possible

When your coverage area is set to active, your organization’s information and program registration process will be presented to visitors of ImaginationLibrary.com who search for program availability within any of your set coverage areas.
