Inactive BOS Users

What happens if an affiliate BOS User doesn't log in?  

If a BOS user hasn't logged in within a set period of time, their account will be deactivated and the next highest user level will be notified via email.  This is a simplified overview of the process flow by user type:

If a deactivated user still needs access to your affiliate database, their account can be reactivated by going to their user profile within the BOS or clicking the link within the automated notification email that you receive. 

 This will trigger an automated email (see below) to the user that requires a new password to be set and access will be then be granted to the BOS.
