How to Clear Cache
When we make upgrades and changes to the BOS, we recommend you clear out your cache in your search browser. Your cache may prevent the new features from functioning properly. We have added steps on how to do this below.
How To Clear Your Cache In Chrome*
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Please make sure you are clearing the browsing history, download history, cookies and other site data, as well as the cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
