Total Children Served Report

The TCS report counts only the active children who have been mailed books. It does not include future mailings.

Only Main Coordinators and Group Coordinators have access to run this report.

1. Click on TOTAL CHILDREN SERVED

2. Select your period filter

3. Generate Report

4. You will see this message. Click Manage Reports to go to the report page. Or you can view the report later by going to REPORTS > MANAGE REPORTS.

5. Here you can view your report progress

6. If needed, you can also add a filter to search by a specific Age Group.

7. Select Age Group

8. Add your Period Filter and Generate Report

9. You will see this message. Click Manage Reports to go to the report page. Or you can view the report later by going to REPORTS > MANAGE REPORTS.
