State commitment requires Legislation, Governor support, and State Funding. The goal of a Statewide Program is to have DPIL program coverage across all counties and all zip codes and enroll +65% of all eligible 0-5 children in the state.

States in Green= Fully Covered and State Investment

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is available in all counties/all zip codes in the state. Full coverage with state government investment.

States in Blue= Partial Coverage and State Investment

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is available in some counties and zip codes in the state. Partial coverage with state government investment.

States in Yellow= Full Coverage Private Investment

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is available in all counties and zip codes in the state. Full Coverage with private investment.
