How to use Canva

Log into the BOS

From the BOS Homepage:

1. Click on Partner Success Kit

2. Double click on the Canva folder

3. Click on DPIL Canva Quick Guide.pdf

The Quick Guide includes all of the DPIL Canva templates available to edit. This also includes brand colors, fonts, and approved images.

4. Click on Logo Template link for the design you want to edit.

The image will open in Canva.

5. Click on the "Use template for new design" button to open in Canva

If you are not already logged in to Canva, it will have you log in or create an account.

6. Click on "affiliate name" or any of the purple boxes that can be edited.

7. Type your program's information. Please refer to Brand Guidelines to see how your name should be displayed.

8. Click on File

9. Click on Download

10. Adjust your setting as needed, choose your download type and click the Download button.

This will download the image to your computer and you can use it as needed.

You can edit any of the templates located on the "Canva.com Template Cheat Sheet" or the "DPIL Canva Quick Guide." Just follow the steps above for each template.
