The postcode data shown in the BOS is wrong, what do I do?

Have you tried entering a registration in the BOS only to find the postcode data does not match the address you have?
No worries!
If you are certain that the address data you are trying to enter is in fact the correct data that should be listed, you can use the following form and contact Royal Mail.

Royal Mail will make the correction within their system and your new address data will show on Royal Mail’s website usually within 48 hours. Once the correct is showing on Royal Mail's website, you will need to notifiy us here at Support Central and we will run an update to add this address to the BOS.
Alternately, your BOS system automatically receive all new and edited postcodes from Royal Mail quarterly.
