Registrations received online will be received into the Pending New Registrations area for the program coordinator or data clerk to approve.
They will also show in the Urgent Alerts window under the Pending Registration section:
In order to successfully setup Online Registrations for your affiliate , you MUST enter your Coverage Areas. This can be done logging in as a Coordinator.
- Go to main menu and choose Coordinator
- Choose Affiliates then clock on the Globe Icon
3. Click "New Area" and input your coverage information.
(You can also edit or remove existing coverage areas here)
Once a new online registration is approved, the system will automatically send the parent/guardian a welcome email. If a child is denied, an automatic email will be sent to the parent/guardian who registered the child to indicate to them that the child was denied and the reason why. The notifications are only sent if there is an email address on the account.
Online registration can be turn on or off at any time. To navigate to this area please go to he BOS and choose the Coordinator Menu, choose Affiliates then click on the Arrow Icon. It will ask you if you want to turn on or off the online registrations for your area.
