I’m moving, what do I need to do?
When planning a move, please contact your local Imagination Library affiliate and provide them with your new address. To find your local affiliate (country-specific), visit the website for your country below. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that the program will be available in your new neighborhood.

If you have a parent portal you can update the address by following these steps:
Parent Portal- Update Address
1. Go to Parent Information Center -Dolly Parton's Imagination Library
2. Enter email and password
3. Click on the blue arrow next to the child's name
4. Click on UPDATE ADDRESS
5. Enter the new address & Click on CHECK AVAILABILITY
7. Click CONFIRM ADDRESS
