Enhanced Affiliate Profile
Our Enhanced Profile is a public page made specifically for your affiliate which is displayed via www.imaginationlibrary.com and contains the following information:
- Your contact information
- Active registration options
- Social media links
- Optional Donation button
- Coverage Areas (See Editing Coverage Area for details on this section.)
The information displayed it pulled from the BOS. You can update this information within the BOS by logging in as a Main Coordinator.

3. Click on DAILY OPERATIONS
4. Click on AFFILIATES
5. Click on EDIT PROFILE

Here you can see your Affiliate ID, current status, and update your community and Organization (501c3) information.
7. Update Contact Information
*Note that logo should be 250x60 at 72dpi and be either a jpg or png file.

10. To save changes, make sure you CHECK and VALIDATE each address section (3).
11. Click on Check Address

In this section, you will see the TAGLINE options. Taglines appear on your mailing labels. There are two tag lines available with approximately 30 characters per line. This can be used to thank a sponsor or local champion, for instructions when moving such as a phone number to call, or for additional program information.
13. On the right-hand side is your Main Coordinator information.
14. Click Save & Exit to submit changes for approval
