Enhanced Program Partner Profile
Our Enhanced Profile is a public page made specifically for your Program, which is displayed via www.imaginationlibrary.com and contains the following information:
- Your contact information
- Active registration options
- Social media links
- Optional Donation button
- Coverage Areas (See Editing Coverage Area for details on this section.)
The information displayed is pulled from the BOS. You can update this information within the BOS by logging in as a Main Coordinator.
1. Sign into the BOS
2. Click on DAILY OPERATIONS
3. Click on PROGRAM PARTNERS
4. Click on EDIT PROFILE
5. Editing the Profile
Here, you can check your Program ID#, see your current status, and easily update the information that’s displayed to the public.
6. Logo and Social Media
Feel free to upload your logo and social media links right here! If you’re adding personal links, just click the + to make sure everything is active before saving. And remember, for your logo, it should be 250x60 at 70 dpi and in either jpg or png format.

By selecting "YES," visitors to imaginationlibrary.com can easily make donations that are specifically directed to support your organization.

11. Make sure to check and validate each address section
Just a friendly reminder that whenever you make an update, it's important to check and validate all three address sections before saving and submitting your changes for approval.

In the US, this has to be the 501c3 that is listed on the MOA. The Participant code is the NPA that we have to have on file before we can move your program to Operating
