Monthly Process Checklist
Before the monthly process, it is critical that all pending registrations are processed to ensure those children receive books the following month. If you utilize tag lines, you may update for each book mailing. We have created a Checklist to help you prepare for each monthly process.
Remember that the information in the BOS at the time of the monthly process is what is used to order books and print labels for the books to ship the following month. Only active children are included and their information in the BOS at the time of the MP is used for the labels. See the articles below for more information about the monthly process.
