Reviewing Duplicates

1. Click on REVIEW DUPLICATES

2. Click on REVIEW |

3. Here you can review the Child Comparison Information
This is the same child, with matching parent details. They moved and registered again instead of updating their address.

4. REQUEST TO REMOVE / TRANSFER ORIGINAL
You can send a direct message to the Main Coordinator of the LPP associated with the original account. In your message, request that they update the address to your new one. Be sure to include the new address in the text box, along with the reason for the change.

5. Click on CONFIRM ACTION to create a message

6. Type "Please update this account to the new address...."

7. Click CONFRIM to send the email.

OR- you can approve or deny the flagged account

2. Select Delete Flagged Entry

3. Click on CONFIRM ACTION

4. Click on CONFIRM
This will remove the duplicate from your database

5. Select a denial reason

6. Click on Save
