Getting started with Mailchimp
If you are starting to utilize Mailchimp and need more information on how to use the platform, we have a few tutorials that may be helpful to you. Mailchimp is a third-party company that we allow our partners to send communications through because of their data policies, which are compliant with ours. It is the ONLY digital newsletter service that is approved for use because of data protection.
Things to keep in mind:
- If you use our Mailchimp integration, we create your audience for you and you CANNOT edit it in any way.
- Mailchimp is the only email service in alignment with our privacy policy, therefore, the only one that can be used.
- The free account is for up to 500 subscribers and only allows for one audience, which would be the one we provide if you use the integration we offer. This means you cannot have another audience.
